About
Four guys. One band. Since 2003.
The four members of FOGDOG have been making music together since 2003. For a decade, Gord, Mike and Cody formed the core of Jason Plumb’s solo band following the end of touring for the Juno Award-winning Waltons.
FOGDOG started almost by accident. When a local promoter suddenly needed a cover band to replace a cancellation, the four members—then playing together as Jason Plumb and the Willing—pulled together 30 party songs and took the gig. They wore matching tracksuits for a laugh. The show worked, the tracksuits stayed, and FOGDOG was born.
The band’s collective experience ranges from touring with Serena Ryder to backing artists including Jim Cuddy and Tom Wilson, while guests such as Ed Robertson, Tyler Stewart and Kevin Hearn of Barenaked Ladies, and Big & Rich have joined FOGDOG onstage.
The philosophy has remained simple: play songs people love that other cover bands might not attempt—and play them well. With four lead singers, no clear frontman and a repertoire that can jump from Kenny Rogers to KISS, a FOGDOG show is designed to keep moving, keep changing and keep the party going.
